| MSLGROUP Promotes Jaideep Shergill To CEO, HANMER MSL India

MSLGroup, one of the world’s top three PR and Events networks, today announced the promotion of Jaideep Shergill,
a 10-year veteran and founding member of HANMER MSL, to Chief Executive Officer of HANMER MSL India, effective immediately.
Most recently, Shergill served as Partner and head of the PR, Digital and Events division of HANMER MSL India. During his tenure, the PR division of HANMER MSL has grown from just
five staff to more than 400 across eight offices in India. His management of top global and Indian brand campaigns
across corporate communications, financial and investor relations, consumer lifestyle and employee communications
has
included the launch of more than 500 new brands in the Indian market and activation programs reaching more than 100 Indian cities. |

| In this new role, Shergill embarks on an ambitious plan to expand HANMER MSL’s expertise in specialty communications service areas, including social media marketing, financial and investor relations, crisis and issues management, and employee communications. This will include the development of several innovative communications practices and tools in conjunction with MSLGroup global network thought leaders. |

| Shergill’s background includes more than 15 years in business and communications. Prior to joining HANMER MSL, he was with Clea, one of India’s first financial advertising and PR agencies and in the banking sector before that. He also holds a masters degree in international business. |
